The "soirée étape" is exclusively reserved for business travellers and is only valid on presentation of your company card on arrival at the hotel. The package includes a local menu (excluding drinks), a night in a comfortable single room and a breakfast served only in the dining room (except in exceptional cases) to give you a boost of energy in the morning.
